How to use Juxavia search

Enter a country, city or hotel name, then narrow the results by property type, facilities and travel style. Removing a filter widens the selection immediately. Sorting can place hotel names alphabetically or bring records with more supplied facilities to the top.

Understanding a hotel page

The overview summarises the property record. Accommodation information translates room codes into readable names where descriptions were supplied. Facilities show recorded services, while the location section contains labelled contact details and a map link.

Dates and guests

The date and guest fields help organise a search, but they do not check live inventory inside Juxavia. Re-enter or verify dates, occupancy and number of rooms on the provider’s website before continuing.

Room names and occupancy

A room name can describe bed type, view or category without confirming the exact number of guests. Check maximum occupancy, child rules, extra beds and whether the displayed configuration is guaranteed.

Accessibility

General accessibility labels do not prove that a particular room meets an individual requirement. Confirm entrances, lifts, bathroom layout, doorway widths, parking and any equipment directly with the property.

Problems with an external reservation

Changes, cancellations, refunds and payment questions must be handled by the hotel or booking provider that issued the confirmation. Juxavia cannot access or modify an external booking.
