Purpose
Juxavia is an independent hotel discovery service that helps visitors research accommodation by destination, property type and travel collection. Juxavia is not a hotel, travel agent, tour operator, payment service or booking platform, and it is not a party to any accommodation contract.
No reservation on Juxavia
Entering dates, guest numbers or other search details does not reserve a room, hold inventory, lock a rate or create an accommodation contract. A reservation exists only after it is completed and confirmed by the relevant hotel or external booking provider under that provider's terms.
External booking contract
If a visitor continues to a hotel or external booking provider and completes a reservation, the resulting contract is between the traveller and that external party. The provider controls payment, confirmation, cancellation, refunds, taxes, fees and customer support for that transaction.
Accuracy of information
Descriptions, photographs, facilities, room references, property types, addresses and contact details may change after publication. Juxavia aims to organise this information usefully, but important details should be verified directly with the relevant provider before a reservation is made.
Search results and collections
Search filters, destination pages, property-type pages and themed collections organise the current Juxavia dataset. Their order or inclusion is not a professional recommendation, inspection, certification or guarantee that a property is suitable for a particular traveller.
Room and facility records
Room descriptions and facility lists can be incomplete or change after publication. They do not establish live occupancy, current price, meal inclusion, accessibility or availability for particular dates.
Prices and availability
Live prices, taxes, fees, deposits, availability, payment terms, cancellation conditions and other booking details are determined by the hotel or external provider completing the reservation.
Maps, addresses and distances
Location information is supplied for planning convenience. Visitors should confirm the final address, route, transport schedules and local access conditions using current authoritative sources.
Saved stays and recent searches
Browser-based convenience features are not reservation records and may be lost when local storage is cleared, private browsing ends or another device or browser is used.

Juxavia may link to hotels, maps and booking providers. Those third parties control their own content, privacy practices, prices, availability, security, products and contractual terms.
User responsibilities
Travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, transportation, local laws, safety decisions, accessibility needs and determining whether a property meets their needs.

Availability of the website

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Juxavia and its owner are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, changed prices, unavailable rooms, external website failures, booking-provider conduct, travel disruption or decisions based solely on discovery content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Updates to these Terms
